1:PURCHASE
Buying on the site is very simple, just put the product in the cart and pay following the steps indicated.
In case if the purchase includes the substantial sum, or when it is a custom order and you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact me by email stak.hm @ gmail.com
2:SHIPPING
For shipping small items I use The Registered Mail (insured but not traceable). Tariffs are taken from the website of Italian Postal Service and change in base of the weight:
For the packages bigger I use Swift Pack, is traceable.
The price of shipping is not included and is added automatically at the time of purchase.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packs, so if you want I send with the courier company, please contact me.
3:CUSTOMIZATION
To order a customization, go to the page "CUSTOM" on the site and choose that you want to order: CONVERSE, VANS, espadrilles or T-SHIRT. Select your size, write that picture you want to order and complete your purchase. If you have a particular measure, always specify in the message. If you want to attach a jpg image of a picture you want , send it to me by e-mail stak.hm@gmail.com immediately after purchase.
The shoes and T-shirts are new and are bought by me immediately after you make the purchase. CONVERSE and VANS will be the original ones. Prices are set based on the cost of the shoes and t-shirts on the market.
The work is done within 1 week. Always leave your contact in the message, so I can contact you for details of the picture, if your explanation is not complete.
The picture is always done by hand (with special colors and brush), it's NOT a print. The colors are resistant to washing in the washing machine (40 degrees). The picture on the shoes is also covered with a transparent enamel to protect it even more.

4:OTHER
All products are shipped with their special packaging, included in the price. So each object will be ready to be "the gift".
